Payment Details:
- 12-pay Payment Plan: Make twelve (12) equal payments of $350.00 each over 12 months

- The first payment of $350.00 is due January 2021 for the Mentor Training Program,
- with eleven (11) additional payments of $350.00 to be paid over the next eleven months.
