I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to gain client perspective. With an emphasis on understanding the context of the client’s sphere of influence, how they relate to their emotional or family unit, and current barriers to flourishing behavioral and mental health, I aim to guide clients through self-exploration and self-efficacy while teaching boundary setting, developing effective communication skills, and conflict resolution. Leading with compassion, inspiring trust, and fostering a stable, safe environment, I strive to help clients transition from coping to sustainable healing.
I’m also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, however, after years of inpatient and outpatient experience, I discovered the importance of healing in equine therapy.
