Lori Wightman is a nurse who has served in a variety of leadership roles including system senior executive. Her personal mission has always been to facilitate the growth of others. She became an executive coach in 2009 and continued the focus on developing others through her doctoral studies. She has earned certification from International Coaching Federation (ICF), Brene’ Brown, and Stewart Leadership. To add to her coaching toolbox, Lori is certified as Equus coach through the Center for Equus Coaching. Lori has had a lifelong passion for horses and has experienced the power of their wisdom.
Lori started Red Clover Leadership LLC, based in Saint Louis, Missouri, to expand her coaching practice (www.redcloverleadership.com). The mission of her business is “Transforming organizations and people with the wisdom of horses”. Her focus is on leadership, executive, and life coaching. However, her passion is to serve members of the healthcare workforce – particularly nurses.
