In 2018, an opportunity allowed me the courage to retire and to figure out what was next. A year later, I discovered Equus Coaching, I had found the opening to the life I wanted. Equus Coaching provided me a safe place to be heard, reflect and discover my authentic self while connecting in a different way.
Horses are sensitive, instinctive, honest and not afraid to let you know where they stand in the relationship. Horses bring me happiness, mother nature brings me energy, sunshine gives me joy. Equus Coaching has given me a place to combine all those things. What I know to be true is that when I find a way to be open to what the world has to offer, I want nothing more than to share it with others.
