Description
Group Mentoring Sessions (we will hold 6 group mentoring classes, and you must attend at least 5 of them live). We will review each of the 8 Core Competencies that the ICF uses when evaluating coaching for certification. After reviewing each Core Competency, we will engage in practice coaching within the group, leaving time for feedback from your PCC-certified instructors.
One-on-one mentoring sessions (with either Erin Cutshall or Renee Sievert). We will meet with you individually to review and assess a recording that you submit that you believe will meet the ICF criteria for ACC or PCC certification. Your mentor will work with you to understand the strengths and learning opportunities in your coaching and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback specific to you and your coaching style. You can leave the 1-1 sessions with two recordings that you can submit to the ICF for your ACC or PCC certification.
