Maintaining Presence in Times of Change

An Equus Workshop in San Diego, CA

Facing complex times of uncertainty or growth requires us to trust our ability to notice and respond to what is happening in the moment.  During times of change, we must shift into relying on intuition, agility, creativity and a vision of the future rather than relying only on past experiences.

Equus Coaching is an efficient, precise, and impactful personal development experience.  You will have an opportunity to interact with a sensitive animal that will mirror how you express yourself. You will receive immediate and honest feedback from a non-verbal animal with no stories or baggage from the past.

“I have had the pleasure of doing this several times and the things I needed help around became clear. I left with ways to incorporate a better approach and strategy in my work and personal life. It is amazing how quick and immediate the feedback is from the horses (and the coaches) so you can choose to work on this, and if you dare to work on it, you will see amazing results in the same day. I strongly encourage you to try this.  ~ Colleen Marshall, San Diego, CA
