Lynne Raatz is an experienced Coach and Talent Development Professional specializing in life, leadership, and career coaching. She holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and is both an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Certified Equus Coach. With experience as an active-duty Army Officer, corporate professional, business owner, and stay-at-home mom, Lynne brings a unique, holistic perspective to people development. Passionate about helping others reach their full potential, she blends deep coaching expertise with rich life experience. Lynne and her husband, Jack, live in Dayton, Minnesota with their three boys and Goldendoodle. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her sons, spending time with her horses Putt and Chester, and exploring the outdoors. Horses have shaped Lynne since childhood, bringing her joy, peace, and connection—something she loves sharing with others through her coaching.
