I serve through Equus Coaching, SoulSpeak, Soulful Sessions, and Writing to bring more awareness, love, joy, and peace to the planet, reminding us of our inherent interconnection and the divine love that is woven into existence.
My first summers were spent living in a tipi in the majestic mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado. I grew up riding horses barefoot and bareback. These formative experiences continue to inspire my affection for nature, animals, spirit, and the insights they offer.
I currently live in Santa Barbara, CA, where the mountains meet the sea. I am a Godmother and Mom who enjoys new experiences, art, and frolicking among the wild things!
