I love to learn and I love to teach. In going through difficult times of my own, my coaching training taught me strategies that radically shifted my outlook on life and how I approach it. Using my horses as assistants, I share what I learned with my clients and help them transform the roller coaster ride of life into one that's more enjoyable than terrifying, regardless of the circumstances. Like all my teachers, my approach is based in science, yet lighthearted.
Before my coaching career, I was a CPA, and ran the financial side of a large public company. I also raised two wonderful children who were, and still are, my most treasured teachers. I live with my husband, horses, dogs and chickens in Santa Barbara, California, where I am available for individual, couple or family sessions.
