Erin Pasha is an Equus Coach based in San Diego who partners with clients and horses to help individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and create meaningful, forward moving change. She brings a solution based coaching approach grounded in compassionate presence to every session. Erin brings her coaching experience from both nonprofit and private practice settings, working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Using Laser Focus Coaching, Erin supports a client centered process in which clients identify what is keeping them stuck, often experiencing a noticeable internal shift within the first 30 minutes. This clarity allows for deeper, more grounded engagement with the horse, strengthening self-awareness and confidence.
