It is our relationships of all types (romantic, family, friendship, work, etc.) that allow us to thrive, bring us comfort and support, and help us create a shared sense of a life well-lived. But they can also be a source of challenge, conflict, and be the place where we must come face-to-face with our biggest fears. So how can we learn to navigate these challenges and learn to create thriving relationships? This workshop, which brings the unique and highly effective approach to interpersonal development, Equus Coaching, can help you do just that.\nThrough interactions with a horse, you’ll be able to identify what is and is not working in your relationship(s), understand your own patterns and beliefs, and experiment with new ways of showing up.
